mieterOS is the workbench for property managers who work with milo. You write the building notice there; in milo your building reads it.

You write a building notice in mieterOS.
You choose the kind, who it goes to, the portfolio or, where set up, one building, and the level. The form has two levels today: Please read and Urgent. Add a title, a date and the text. Before you publish, you see what the resident sees. When you publish, you confirm that the notice is information and triggers no legal consequence.
Once published, the building notice appears in milo under your tenants' messages.
Additionally planned is a choice of three levels. In the building: the notice in milo, and for households without milo a posted notice. Additionally by letter: a letter on top. Emergency: push, e-mail and SMS, and for households without milo an SMS where a mobile number is on file, plus a call list for your calls. You choose a level, not a channel. coming soon
Before you publish, mieterOS tells you how many households are reached and how many are without milo. A posted notice never counts as reached. coming soon
For households without milo, the posted notice goes as a task with a PDF to the caretaker service, with the PDF also sent by e-mail. coming soon
New notice
What arrives from milo.
Your portfolio receives the defect report your tenant files in milo, with category, location and photos.
Tenant requests arrive in the mieterOS inbox, and you reply there. It shows whether a reply from you is due or the tenant's reply is pending.
If a household confirms in milo with “Read” that it has read a building notice, you see in mieterOS the number of confirmations and the households that have not yet confirmed. This is not a signature. coming soon

Sign in without a password
With their e-mail address. milo sends a code, done.
Code by SMS
If the code does not arrive by e-mail, milo sends it by SMS to the mobile number that belongs to the account. coming soon
Invitation from mieterOS
The invitation of your tenants to milo starts in mieterOS: tied to the apartment, through three channels. The status of an invitation shows only what the channel can confirm. coming soon
Posted notice with QR code
From milo, a posted notice for your own building can be created, with the address and a QR code that leads to joining this building in milo. coming soon
